I've been in the gym for 15 years โ€” and I've made every mistake there is. Wrong programming, ego lifting, training through injuries I should have rested, ignoring recovery because I thought more was always better.

Post-pandemic, I lost most of my muscle rebuilding from scratch as a powerlifter. What followed was my best chapter yet: a 500lb squat, a 600lb deadlift, more mass than I'd ever carried โ€” and then a 30lb shred that left me leaner than I've ever been in my life.
